At the same time the truck was due for the fire alarm, Rescue Engine7-4-1 was dispatched for RIT to Lebanon County, South Anville Township. RE 7-4-1 was advised of a working saw mill fire on Mount Wilson Road. RE 7-4-1 made it on scene with a crew of seven and was released thirty minutes later.

At 2037 hours, RE 7-4-1 was called out for a reported fire in a dwelling in Middletown Borough, Dauphin County. RE 7-4-1 arrived and assumed as the RIT. Crews from 88 (Middletown) had a working fire in the kitchen and had extended to the third floor of an old Victorian house located on North Union Street. Crews made a quick knock down and released RE 7-4-1 about an hour later.

Earlier in the day 7-4 ran a fire alarm and a gas leak.
